Clear straw yellow color with lively bubbles. Extremely fresh and fruity nose. The palate shows light fruit flavors of ripe peaches and sweet apricots. Nice mouth feel with lively acidity and pleasant finish. Great value. Their Black bottle is a tad drier.

Ideal for mimosas or fruit filled champagne. Crisp and refreshing .When taking a sip .. You get a full mouth of bubbles. Not much flavor .. Bit of an after taste. . Like the brut freixenet much better.. Pat thinks bland by itself but great addition to other drinks
