Sweet tar, blackberry, cherry, wilted roses, stewed strawberry. Fruit feeling darker the longer the bottle was open. Good fresh acidity but the tannin was a little too fine for me. Lacked a little structure maybe?

Closer to an Italian style than I was expecting. Cherries, black tea and tar. Tannins didn't smack you around but you definitely knew they were there. Good job.
