Crazy wine made from 100% Danish sour cherries. The have to add sugar through get the alcohol up to 14%, otherwise it would top out at about 5% and they add a distilled version of it back in to stop fermentation an leave some RS to balance the tannin and acidity. Very well done and amazing flavors and aromas and not really sweet because of the super high acidity.
