Tart from the start, with slightly green cherry & pomegranate. There's some mossy, earthy minerality, & plenty of acid. Enjoyable with food, otherwise it is very acidic & green. Well made, but maybe too young?

Nose is rather rude and intruding. Sharp sour cherry and bitter pomegranate flesh. Black pepper, earth and crushed cranberry. Tastes like a poor mans Pinot... 🤔

Now I get why Cotes Du Jura Trousseau is trendy. Like a Cru Beaujolais, or a great Village Burg for a lot cheaper. Rasp/cran, stems, a little carbonic. Beautiful rose petal on the nose. Even a little vineyard dust and funkiness. Ripe fruit but not sweet at all. Killer for $13 at Costco.

Translucent ruby with light oranging.
Pretty floral hibiscus nose.
Light and tangy with a touch of chalkiness.

Simple, tasty. Not up there with wines from Charles Neal, but good.

Doesn't really taste like Trousseau? More like robitussin?

Had this at concert in the park. Enjoyed it with some new friends. Light bodied and earthy. Didnt like upon corking the bottle but it did open up nicely. It is grown in a area between burgundy and Switzerland. Defy a fun wine to drink
