From a winery not afraid of making complex mouthfilling reds with heavy ratios of Mourvèdre, this is a nice easy drinking sipper. Aromas of raspberry and blueberry with a hint of cedar, tart mouth full of raspberry coulis and cranberry, well integrated tannins that are very present as the last pour will reveal, and pleasant acid to round out the finish. Lovely served cool with rotisserie chicken

Day 1: juicy red fruit. Day 2: more smoke, some complexity. A nice value CDR, not sure why all the low scores.
