Kind of a dumpster fire without food. Very phenolic on the nose which I perceived as burning plastic. those notes became more smoky paired with dinner (filet mignon). It still wasn’t dry enough to match the robustness of the steak although my fiancé thought it was dry enough. I wouldn’t buy again
