Franciacorta Brut 2007, 12.5%, disgorged in 2014, after long resting on the yeasts.
Bottle tasted in January 2015.
The nose was lacking some of the typical and expected scents (no bread crust, no yeast), but had a hint of petrol that was not exactly pleasant.
Nice perlage, good acidity, but overall not that exciting.
