I spotted this bottle of Fraser Gallop Estate 2015 Chardonnay from Margaret River at the Chateau Guildford Cellarbrations the other day for $24 and couldn't resist! This label always makes me think of Bordeaux.

It's s silver gold colour on the eye with creamy fruit, citrus, vanilla and baking spice coming through on the nose. In the mouth it has an upfront fruitiness, with sweet oak and a lemon citrus finish 👌

All opinions are based on my own taste buds. Wine is subjective & always evolving, so make sure you drink what you enjoy! #tcweekdaywine

I spotted this bottle of Fraser Gallop Chardonnay for $24 at Chateau Guildford Cellarbrations and couldn't resist. It's been awhile since I've indulged in any of their wines and a number of years since I've visited their Margaret River property (travellingcorkscrew.com.au/fraser-gallop-estate-margaret-river). I also love the brown 'recycled paper' looking label on this Chardy!

Sunny yellow colour in the glass with a super toasty nose - all I could think about was buttered popcorn! In the mouth it's juicy, fruit forward and full of depth - an absolutely gorgeous oaked Chardy with mango and guava flavours dominating for me. I will buy this beauty again for sure!
