Little funky right out of the gate. Bright fruit, pepper, alpine herbs. Really easy to throw back. A fun wine with grapes from Austria and Hungary. Biodynamic with minimal sulphur. Terrific with a chill.

PN Zweigelt blend sourced from both sides of the Austrian-Hungarian border. Organic, spontaneously fermented, unfiltered, very hipster-like.
Fresh nose with crushed raspberries & underripe plum, with a floral whiff, a pinch of allspice & black pepper.
On the palate this is very Gamay like, fresh, sappy, with light silky tannins and great juicy drinkability. At 12% alc, this is the perfect glou glou with a bit of character on the side

Very peppery top notes with dry strawberry base , a good amount of dryness and medium body. I had it served chilled with a lasagna and chicken and it paired well
