I got this bottle on the fly the other day and I have to say I really enjoyed it. It's refreshing and the finish is smooth. The touch of Almond in the flavor is nice.

Fresh and creamy, with a smooth honeyed structure, this wine is low in acidity but high in Granny Smith apple flavor! Belissimo!

Light Pinot Grigio from Trentino Alto Adige. Used it for a mushroom risotto with deer and asparagus. Excellent dish, nice wine.
