Nearly hopelessly reductive... But after maybe an hour of aeration it started to show some pretty floral aromas amid the funk and barnyard. Had that quality of some rosatos of being truly in between a red and what you’d expect of a rose... good acid and cherry flavors, crunchy tannins and the Malvasia adds some high tone jasmine perfume. Extremely reductive but could have been just this bottle...
