First whiff of fresh, ripe fig, and dried dark cherry.

Prune jam. Greek oregano, sulphured dried black fruits. Mint, sweat, medium to heavy bodied, light, playful acids, that’s are amazingly well integrated in this oak, especially at such a young age.
