I wish I had this in my cellar! Aromas of caramel, brioche, toasted chestnuts, and this interesting crustacean sense. Orange peel, vanilla, and lemon curd on this incredibly soft palate. Simply delicious! Note: the owner of this bottle mentioned there is an enormous amount of bottle variability in his experience with this wine.
