Mushroom and cheese, this is a great food wine that really offers some umami.

An amazing oxidized savagnin from Jura. Nutty, full bodied, but still zippy enough to work with an Easter ham.

Baked apples, wax, lingering salinity and nuttiness. Medium acidity. Quite pleasurable and complex. Perhaps more acidity would make it brighter. Overall, a great non-oxidized Jura.
