Nov 27th, 2021Bright, juicy and intense. Nose has a touch of reduction with peach, lime zest fruit that are made more complex with a hint of roasted almond and sea salt. Terrific texture with pretty green apple, lemon curd and a hint of barrel. Finishes quite mineral and appears to be poised to gain complexity with a little more bottle age.

Aug 5th, 2017Dynamic aromas of pear, white peach, orange peel with just a touch of wood spice and minerality. The wine shows lovely intensity with pear, nectarine and lemon fruit flavors. There is a nice bit of richness that is accented with notes of wet stones. Drinking well but seems to have lots of upside with more cellar time.

Nov 25th, 2016Pretty nose with citrus peel, crisp apple with a hint of spice. Wine lacks a little density for a 1er Cru. Seems closed on the palate without the focus and minerality found with Mikulski wines.
