I’m enjoying trying all the bottlings of this producer. The 2009 is a great porch sipping bubbly. TBL

Red and yellow apples. Light apple pie spice. Lots of fine bubbles. Initial attack is up front and mouth watering, the middle is creamy and round with very slight toast. The finish is medium-long with the apples (like a fresh tartin) leading the way for a long time. This is stellar! SS

Served around 47 degrees which is perfect. Apple flavors (think cider, not fruits). Lees, fine bubbles and a great finish. SS
