What flat out gorgeous Petnat! A 50/50 blend of Côt (basically Malbec) and Grolleau. It presents itself as a stunning, bright coral color in the glass. On the nose, strawberries; the loveliest of strawberries! On the palate, strawberries and a touch of meringue. Incredible body with a creaminess on the finish that is really compelling. The finish lasts for over a minute. 3300 bottles made. I needed this in my life today.

Some pretty red fruits - raspberry and strawberry- with a pleasant saltiness; but coarse bubbles and heavy tannic bitterness distract. I’m a huge fan of Pinon’s Chenin Blancs but this Cot/Grolleau isn’t my favorite,

Lifted aromas of strawberry and peach just ripe. Some salinity on the palate. Zippy and fun. Beautiful bottle.

Delicious treat. Soft but present bubbles after opening. Bright red and yellow fruits, fresh acid, very clean and a bit juicy. Scrumptious.
