Troma-Onirique Aligoté
On the list at ÖTAP in Brussels. Popped and poured; enjoyed with our seafood courses. The wine pours a hazy light gold color. Wild aromas of lemon, peach, linden tree and something like undigested hay but it’s really on the palate where this wine dazzles with remarkable purity of zippy citrus fruit, stone fruits, green apple and piercing minerality. There is also a very nice saline quality on the finish which was a beautiful match for our seafood.
