So,so bright, concentrated & clear. Fennel, endive, & rum soaked apples on nose ( tasted blind a friend thought Jura ); on palate more of those freshly cut vegetables with more apple and underripe pear notes. Intense. And so young. So many miles to go. I always never buy enough of Chidaine, to my regret. But drinking at any stage is so mesmerizing. Like a shooting star.

The 2020 Les Choisilles offers a floral and pear-like aromatic character. It's round and ripe with good grip on the finish, which could be a result of the vintage having had little juice in it; the wines have excellent structure and fruit purity. (Rebecca Gibb MW, Vinous, September 2022)
