More Chidaine! Rad Chenin. At once dense yet nimble, rich yet electric, feral yet elegant. Quite bright in the glass and showing a gold hue of medium (-) intensity. Concentrated nose of raw honey and beeswax, wooly lanolin, smoky crushed chalk minerality, bruised yellow apple, key lime, a leesy hard cheese rind character, and some very slight chamomile action. Palate is equally concentrated and pretty congruent with the nose with the addition of a ripe peach skin note. Medium (-) body with great oily texture. Electric jolt of acidity. Dry (but not completely bone dry). Still quite young but starting to show the first signs of development. Give it a bit of air, it'll benefit from it. So tasty! 🍯⚡️🐝🐑🍏

Lime, citrus. Extremely high acidity and minerality. Golden apple in the nose, granny apple in the finish.
