This lives somewhere between Chenin and Chard. Beautiful flax gold hue and tropical pear flavors. Quite floral for a Loire white.

Everyone needs more Romorantin in their life, and Cazin is hard to beat! Waxed pears dipped in green tea. A perfect foil for crispy pork belly.

A bit oxidized on the nose with honey, pear and tart apple. Complex palate with a touch of the oxidation and tart apple with layered fruit flavors.

Slightly sweet, syrupy. I was looking for more bright and citrus.
