Top Notes For
Much less RS than the “moelleux” would lead one to believe. More like off-dry. Very nice—wet stones on the nose with some lemon lime, played off the hint of sweetness in our sushi rice

May 15th, 2020Nice acidity but thin body... perhaps would have been better a few years ago.

Feb 17th, 2018Superb. Complex nose of pineapple, Anjou pear, ginger, nutmeg, honey, elderflower, followed by a palate that echoes the same and adds cereal, butterscotch, caramel, mushrooms. Off dry but with good acid to balance it out. Long finish. Perfect with fuller flavored Asian dishes.
