Well that's the freshest and most energetic tasting Cab Franc I've had! Got that typical Cab Franc herbaceous nose but balanced by lots of fruit and spices and earth and vibrancy with a lilting touch on palate and good finish. Yum. All biodynamic and interesting dirt like sediments.

Earthy, barnyard nose, some fruit behind it. Bright violet color. A little frizzante. Lighter on the palate than expected. Nice with charcuterie.
