Jan 18th, 2016Veey lemony/herby and totally different to my usual tipple, but very crisp and pleasant. Great with fish.

Jan 7th, 2016Good stuff, great price. Former somm of the year spent his winnings on a wine making project. The result; not surprisingly, very somm friendly wines. Like this verdejo with great balance and varietal typicity. Full bodied with fresh acid. Lemon-thyme and crushed walnuts. The palate gets pretty tropical and finishes clean.
