Star bright straw with quickly dissipating white mousse and fine bubbles. Abundant nose leaps from the glass yielding baked green apple and brioche. On the light palate, dusty baked green apple, light citrus (satsuma) and toasted brioche with a hint of almond back palate and on the finish. Medium plus+ acidity (natch). A blend of two top vintages (2014 & 2016 in this case) makes up the Cuvée Prestige. It’s a wonderful light example of Grand Cru Blanc de Blancs from a prominent grower producer. Enjoy as an aperitif with salads, fruit, cheeses, or other starters. Drink up to three years after you buy it.

Perhaps the best champagne I’ve ever had. Clean, crisp front and palate, apples, citrus notes. Some minerals. Love it. Well worth the extra money to celebrate the birth of our son.
