Dark plum core with brick hues at rim, might sound crazy but profound spaghetti squash on the nose when first opened, mellowing out to plum and cedar after a bit. The feel is well structured and expansive, with plentiful caramel and layered blackberry on the palate, dry and velvety tannins, balanced acidity, and a persistent blackberry and caramelized sugar finish.
