“I enjoy wines that aren’t trying to be anything else but wine.” Says my wife. A fitting description, it’s not complex and it’s smooth but slightly alcoholic. Sweet at first and fruit forward. Just a delicious wine!

Decanted for 3 hours. Very intense and great with lasagne, pork and even paella. Really good as you’d expect from The Godfather.
