Vigna dei Prey Dolcetto di Dogliani Dolcetto Superiore

I may be biased (I now sell this wine) but this is one of the best dolcetto examples on the market. Great with steak last night and versatile enough for pizza or antipasti.

Medium purple. Dried red cherries, bay leaves, and fried sage on the nose. Dried red currants, bitter melon, lightly charred oak on the palate. Medium + tannins, with light acidity, and a medium finish.
