Doesn't (yet?) have the balance of the delicious '11. The acidity seems elevated and the fruit holding back. I'd cellar for another year before checking in again.

Medium purple. Dried red cherries, bay leaves, and fried sage on the nose. Dried red currants, bitter melon, lightly charred oak on the palate. Medium + tannins, with light acidity, and a medium finish.
