Sori San Martino Dogliani Superiore Dolcetto

A- delicious and richer and more structured than I would expect from a dolcetto. Really enjoyed it. Holds up to rich tomato sauce.

Blue fruits, great acid and tannin levels, powerful character. Superiore indeed

Beautiful baby bok choy heading to the grill..Octopus, head on prawns and Japanese short ribs all hit the fire later this evening!
