Was hoping this wasn't styled like other old guard SRH styles, but it was pretty close. Just a little too fruit forward and heavy for my taste. Still a well made wine.

2013 vintage. Big smoke, chaparral and überripe plum in the nose. Light/medium body. Velveteen finish. Delish without being super-intense. More of a feminine-style Pinot.

I've been in a bit of a Pinot funk lately where I've had so much of it lately I started feeling burnt out. Then, I had Foxen's Pinot from the La Encantada Vineyard tonight & 😱. Awesome, awesome Pinot!
