Have had the 2021 3 times over the past several weeks ( October). Bottled in June, it’s a bright and zippy as can be. Crystallized ginger, pear, apple blossoms, mouthwatering acidity. Right there on the same stage as a Saumur or Anjou. About $27 a bottle. I will assume this has a long interesting lifespan, but so good now it might prove impossible to keep.
