Initially kind of simple, but takes on creaminess and complexity after sitting. Lemon, melon, baked apple, mild creaminess, roasted hazelnuts, pie crust. Good, even though Chard is not usually my thing. Good balance, though definitely should be allowed to sit for a few hours or even a day after opening for maximum character.

Bright straw colour. Complex aromas of citrus fruits, peaches, melon, butter and some herbs and oak. Medium bodied palate with balanced and fresh acidity.
