Quite delicious! Soft, raspberry like color that hints at the smooth entry and light on the tongue ride. Pleasant on the nose and finishes nicely. Paired with a hearty spaghetti Bolognese which complimented it nicely. Good with a pairing of a meal or a light cheese/chocolate rather then solo.
