Not your buttery American Chardonnay. A bit more green and stands up to seafood and pork dishes as well.

Buttery. Not too much oak. Doesn't taste like a typical Chardonnay.

Drank with Luna.

Of all the Australian wines I’ve tried this is the least horrible. Seems to have a hint of effervescence at the onset. The bouquet hints of a more buttery flavor than it actually has. Definite tropical fruit and maybe a touch of oak. Has an acidic taste that is less warm than I like.
