Les Aiges Pruniers Marsannay Chardonnay

14' has longevity potential. Screaming acid and lovely citrus fruit with stones in the mix too. This wine took four days to really come into it's own.

Nice golden yellow, nice floral/melon nose, fresh, low acidity, nice high viscosity with a great mouth feel, lots of toasted bread nutty taste notes a nice balanced finish .. goes well with salmon or even something with tomatoes and/or roasted red peppers or maybe smoked fish...

Pale yellow, floral notes on the nose, rich mouthfeel supported by bready aroma, well balanced acidity, long finish. Sublime product. Bravo Patrice
