A Sancerre tasting breaks out. This one initially won me with a great floral nose of peppered jasmine, but unfortunately the palate went extreme with some fresh jalapeño. Great in my tacos, not my Sancerre.

Apple & peach nose, dry flinty green apple taste with some acidity & a touch of sweetness to taste. Good with sushi.
