This drinks more like an Italian Chardonnay to me. It has the slight crisp citrus of a sauv blanc, but then there is this butteriness to it that usually doesn't accompany a beautifully crisp and clean sauv. It did make a great addition to white sauce, in a mushroom and sausage pasta.

Very citrusy. Would probably be great mixed with fresh fruits.

Nothing exciting. I opened it up and it had a typical Sauvignon smell. It has to be drank cold. If you get side tracked, put an ice cube in it. No decanting for any amount of time. Doesn't change the flavors.

An interesting find! Honey, pear and citrus note. A Little mint in the nose. The warmth of the soil cones through and the finish is low tannins and not saline at all. Not too buttery like other American chardonnay. Good for a low key summer night
