Sumptuous, layered #cheninblanc. This is a new offering for this excellent producer starting with this 2021 vintage. 16 months in neutral French oak plus another 6 months of bottle aging. Baked pear, subtle caramel, lemon curd aromas. Layers continue on the palate, luxurious texture, bright acidity and hints of sea salt. Paired quite grandly with Sichuan courses including the amazing Sichuan peppercorn with the tongue numbing spice.
