Nice version. Bit darker in color but still light bodied. Citrus and peel.

i’m having this chilled, let it breathe for 30 min. its fruit forward, opens up then vanishes as you sip. it has some apple notes, very light. pricey yet simple

Reminds me of a Alsace skin ferment PG like Bechtold. Post run hydration
