Dec 29th, 2017I didn't expect to like this. I did. Not too sweet, maintains enough acidity to feel alive. Mineral backbone with some nice tropical fruit and pucker of lemon pith. Good summer porch wine.

Lychee, medium acidity, minerally, crisp finish. As it warms up, less dry, finishes a little sweeter.
