My kind of Chardonnay! Love the oak and toast on the nose.
Perfect malolactic for this wine.
Buttery but not fat, it retains its fresh apricot fruit and plenty of acidity. VERY good.

Now I know how this is made and I'm making vintage 2014 and the secret wild ferment additions.... I say advertise the fact! Wonderful.

Tried a selection of wines from Forester on tasting, the Chardonnay was the standout, and probably a stand out Chardonnay in general for me.
