Nose is still a bit restrained with golden apple, pear fruit that is accented by lanolin and wet stones. Still waiting for the palate to really open up but filled with citrus fruit and high toned acidity. Perhaps a bit more age is necessary.

Petrol, petrol citrus on the nose. Broad with chewy texture and great acidity. Expands and contracts on the palate. Dizzying array of flavors fresh and secondary. Sherry notes that get stronger as it sits. Feels like it saw some botrytis. Honey, lemon curd, wet stone, hay, cheese, burnt orange...sheep? Wow I say. Great with my pork ramen.
