Still had quite some alcohol and tannins left. Classic Barolo nose cigars, with dried flowers and some confit of fruit kind of something. Opened it and decanted, waited 2 hours. Still very closed so decided to wait for the next day. Happy with this decision it was beautiful since the tannines loosened up and alcohol became less prominent

Cloudy, otherwise spectacular. Bought it at a very reduced price so it is the 2 buck chuck of Barolos.

A classic Barolo nose, with tar and dried flowers; leather, black cherry and roses in the mouth. Medium-long finish. Has a surprising amount of tannin left for a 15 year old wine.
