Amazing aromatics on the nose, like a complicated perfume with lots of floral, spice and cherry/strawberry notes.

Tasting: blue fruit, bright edible flowers, clay, truffle/earthiness. High but not that high tannin content despite its relative (2020) youth. Let it breathe at least 45mins before tasting.

A wine that makes you slow down and fully explore the taste.
