Gavi del Comune di Gavi Cortese

Light with subtle fruit and medium acid.

Unripened pineapple on the nose, lemon zest on the palate. Gorgeous light straw colour and a gentle acidity to prick your senses. I love Gavi.

Pass. Maybe just not for me but I expected more from Fontanafredda.

Had this at Eataly with schu and friends

So fresh. Hints of citrus but a bit more grassy and clean than other Gavis. Lovely finish.

Food friendly white still going strong after a couple days in the fridge.

A fantastic Italian white fave of mine

Crisp and fruity. Medium bodied with slightly bitter finish. w/ chocolate chip pancakes, homefries + kale + sunny egg.

Nice wine. Slight acidity. Enjoyed with roasted mushrooms, pasta and mild red sauce.

Sweet Italian Summer.........this is a crisp delicious white gulper. Enjoy with lunch or dessert . Fruit, sweet but well rounded!
