Decanted for 8 hours: menthol, tar and blood oranges. Delicious sweet core and focused acidity. Tannis are almost completely resolved except for a tiny bit of dustiness at the front of the mouth. Amazingly fresh for a 40 years old wine. This bottle drank really well and I don’t see much to be gained by holding.
