A little burn. Better after airing out. Bitter aftertaste.

Red wine ruined by removing the backbone and replacing it with sweet candy-assed fruit and oak. Lacking in all ways.

This is becoming a usual for me. It is extremely smooth and sensual. Easy to drink yet enough flavor to keep you wanting more. This silky blend sits light and isn’t really dry and has the fruitiness of a nice grape with the tartness of a ripe blackberry. A good wine for any occasion.

Full disclosure, I opened this bottle with a shoe the wine was a bit shaken as I drank it. It has a very fruity aroma with notes of cherries and blackberries. The initial sip is very fruity with a very sweet shock like licking a lollipop. It is very fruity throughout and is very smooth and easy to drink. Its sweetness is almost like juice but it lacks a body and full character. It is a little peppery which is likely due to me not letting it breathe enough. It's great to drink when you are hanging out with friends and just chatting. It doesn't have the complexity of most that make me take multiple sips to unfold but definitely something I would recommend to new drinkers. All in all, this is the type of wine that is like the nice, pretty girl that you liked in high school and should take to prom, but not the girl you want to date and introduce to the parents.
