Exquisite color. Juicy bright red fruit. High acidity from the picpoul (“prick the lips”). Slight vegetal note on the backend. Soops chillable and gluggable!

Picpoul fermented in stainless steel, rested in neutral oak. Pinot noir added to tame the funk.
