Floral Terranes
North Fork of Long Island Goldmuskateller
Special stuff. Celery, ginger, serious tannic astringency, a little bit of garbage dump air. Cloudy, autumnal, tough, contemplative, very much of a place, and not a typical wine place.

Such a clean flavor: Granny Smith, lemon pith, cel-ray soda, salt, rain water. This is what Long Island tastes like. Dangerously easy to drink. Taste and texture unlike anything else, except maybe the other floral terranes wines and ciders, and maybe the vegetal flavors of a scheurebe without the strong acid.
